For those who need to change their plans, we understand. Cancel at least 48 hours before your workshop to receive a full refund or reschedule. If life gets in the way less than 48 hours before your session, we're happy to help you reschedule or offer a store credit (minus processing fees). Planning a private workshop? You have up to two weeks before your scheduled time to make any changes. Please note, if you're running more than 15 minutes late, we'd love for you to join us on another date to ensure you get the full Herban Berry experience. For no-shows, we're unable to offer a refund or store credit.
