Using Your Mask @ Home
Materials:
Colloidal oatmeal powder
Water or milk
Mixing bowl
Measuring spoon
Spoon for mixing
Optional: honey, essential oils, or other add-ins of your choice
Instructions:
Measure out 1-2 tablespoons of colloidal oatmeal powder into your mixing bowl.
Slowly add water or milk to the bowl, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes a smooth paste. Aim for a consistency that is thick but spreadable.
If desired, add a teaspoon of honey or a few drops of your chosen essential oil and mix well.
Your colloidal oatmeal mask is now ready to use! Apply it to your face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes or until it begins to dry.
To remove the mask, gently wash your face with warm water and a washcloth. Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin soft and hydrated.
